General business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm. Outside business hours email and phone messages are checked and responded to promptly. ORDERING What is your returns policy? We stand by our products 100% and if for any reason you’re unhappy with any of the products you receive, they can be returned for an exchange or refund. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging and returned within 7 days of receipt. Unsuitable gifts can be exchanged for something more suitable. We do not accept returns on fabric swatches, sale items or custom orders. To make a return, please contact us. How do I pay for my order? Payment can be made by paypal, credit card, direct deposit, cheque or money order. Layby is also available when paying with paypal or credit card. What if I receive faulty Items or they are damaged? All items are thoroughly checked prior to sending and are packaged with care. However, if you receive any products that are damaged or faulty in anyway, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to arrange a full refund or replacement. What if my order is misplaced? All orders sent by Habitat Baby are sent via Australia Post or via courier. All parcels have tracking numbers so if your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us and we will track it for you. Can I lay-by? My most cases orders are shipped within 7 to 14 days of receipt of payment. In the event of a lengthier delay, we will notify you. If you require your order to be shipped sooner, please contact us and where possible, we will fast track your order. What are your shipping costs? We offer a flat rate for shipping of $9.95 per order. Orders over $300 are shipped free of charge. Swatch cards (when ordered by themselves) are also shipped free of charge.
